With the task to deliver a re-brand and website for the company we considered several website designers. We decided to go with Caroline at Mykasoft and are delighted that we did.
Caroline was excellent from start to finish. Our project involved the amalgamation of a variety of services into one, clear, easy-to-use website that was accessible for all audiences. Caroline came in to meet with us, get a feel for the company and exactly what we needed. She provided us with ideas and a project plan so we were able to meet the project on budget by our deadline. Her experience, knowledge and advice was invaluable to the success of our website as was her attitude to any challenges that were presented along the way.
We are so pleased with the finished result which is easy for us to edit. Caroline looked after all technical aspects including domain re-directions and set up of Google Analytics so we had nothing to worry about.
We would 100% recommend Caroline's professional services to others, she is a pleasure to work with.

This company has a turnover of over £1 million and is one of my biggest clients to date. My work with this company involved the creation of project plans for the two clients responsible for their project. Their requirements were for the project to be easily edited on WordPress without any essential skills. They needed to be able to simply ‘log in’ and edit as required. They also wanted their website to stand out above those of their competitors. SEO and accessibility were very important to them.
In response to these requirements my UX/UI skills ensured that the website worked well with SEO. All information on website was produced so as to be easily read and to the point. All links involved no more than 2 steps to prevent complications. The colours selected were all relevant to their official logo and chosen colour schemes.
The CMS involved the use of user-friendly editor, setting up Google Analytics and SSL certificate. After the website has been launched I continued to support them on a monthly basis to make sure their website WordPress was updated and to secure the website from spammers whilst also supporting and maintaining their website.
This website aims to support the Deaf Community around London. They needed to be able to simply raise funds using online donation. They also wanted their website to stand out to attract supporters for Deaf people.

ABSLTA - Association BSL of Teachers and Assessors
This website is an example of one of the larger websites I have developed. It has different membership tiers and access to the website is determined according to membership type. It enabled Members to pay for their membership online and to access resources. The process involved setting up a ABSLTA with a payment processor account to enable the secure processing of card payments online.
This project also included bespoke training for members of the ABSLTA staff, plus my personal support to provide the necessary additional IT input, updates, maintenance and backups whilst the ABSLTA continued to focus on providing content and updates.
ABSLTA has a Membership Officer who observes websites for a number of its members, their activities and discussions and involving workshops and access to job vacancies.
Staff can also upload their paperwork to the website, allowing other members of staff instant access saving both time and paper, a true paperless office system!
EarMeOut - Employment Service Agency
An employment service agency providing support for deaf and hard of hearing candidates and employers.
In the first stage of this project I created a ‘board of job vacancies’ listing company information, salaries and logos. It also included a database of all job seeker details and their CVs which could be accessed via the website at any time, from anywhere. The next stage of this project will include a feature for payments online, with the intention of allowing recruiters to pay the agency to advertise vacancies on their behalf.
BSMHD - British Society Mental health of Deafness
This project involved setting up a number of pages which included events, training, project, donation and news items per page. I have been working with this client for two years, providing IT support, regular updates, maintenance and regular website backup. This support provides my client with the time to focus their work without the worry of any IT or website issues.
Weald BSL - BSL Training Courses
This is an example of simple, low cost website containing only a small number of pages but telling the world what services they provide, while at the same time meeting the client’s requirements and challenging budget.
I assisted the client with setting up the domain, emails, and web hosting. I also provided bespoke training to ensure that they were confident in self-managing the website in all areas.
